Yellow onion skins and marigolds are two staples in my collection of #naturaldye materials. If I don’t have enough of one for the vibrant yellow I crave, I toss in a handful of the other to add more color and vibrancy.
This is one of those projects I didn’t mean to start. I’ve been organizing my #naturallydyed yarn, putting skeins that I’m no longer in love with into a separate pile to be overdyed with acid dyes (a new love that I’ve talked a lot about in my stories).
