The only summery part of this thick soft wearable blanket of cozy, are the flowers I used to dye the mohair: a mix of coreopsis and marigolds grown in my garden last year. 🧡🌿

I dipped back into dyeing last week. It was a slow process, as avocado pits work best over several days. That works best for me as well. The result is soft and calm. Two things I’m not. 🤣
